About the Role
This is an outstanding opportunity with lucrative compensation and a schedule not to be matched. Work 2-3 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with weekend coverage being optional with additional compensation.
Our client, a leading behavioral health center based in California is seeking a full-time Inpatient Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our dynamic medical team. This role offers lucrative earning potential, excellent flexibility for exceptional work-life-balance, all while working alongside a collaborative care team with a strong support structure.

- Employment Type: Independent Contractor/1099. With malpractice covered by the facility.
- Sign on bonus, retention bonus, relocation can be negotiated.
- Schedule / Hours: Flexible schedule with optional shared call.
- Patient Volume: daily case load of a minimum of 15 inpatient adult patients.
- Practice Setting: Behavioral Health Facility, Inpatient.
- Compensation: $400,000 – $500,000 annually
Key Responsibilities

- Provide inpatient services to children and adults with a focus on regular rounding, admissions, discharges and treatment team participation
- Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support staff
Basic Qualifications

- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
- Licensed to practice in California or eligibility to obtain a CA license
- Meet all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians
